setting wake_from_suspend interrupt line from calypso to SoC 
to correct level at calypso powerup should fix
'Neo doesn't resume on inbound call after power-up of modem.
Need to resume Neo manually, then starting on second suspend 
resume_on_call recovers'

Changing RTS/CTS handling to hardware-controlled mode should fix
possible buffer-overruns on receiving large transmissions
from modem to SoC
